Customer service is ridiculous and rude. For the amount of money plus 15% gratuity after 7 people in your party is ridiculous when you have to serve yourself and wait in the long lines. Kids pay adult prices for the buffet at age 10. Overall, definitely not customer friendly a huge family. Definitely not 5 nor 4 stars.
The atmosphere is awesome and homey. The food is sooo scrumptious! i felt as if I were at a family reunion. The desserts are off the chain♥️. Just loved everything about my first time there!
