My now husband and I bought our rings from Berry's and put them on layway when I called to pay them off they misplaced my husbands ring. I was told buy the lady " we cant find it anywhere" and was instantly put on hold. A day later it was found and now both rings had to be sized we drove to Madison three times before we actually were able to leave with rings in hand. This shop gave me an excellent price for my jewelry, they were very professional and very nice. They worked super fast and even stayed a few minutes over to go through everything. Most places would have told me to come back but they were awsome!
