This place takes a 5star in bein the worst place.ever. Startin from the maintenance to the ppl there. I have to admit that moving in was a big mistake. The managers there dnt care for anythin but gettin their paycheck. Blah. The maintenance dude doesnt do anythin but makin the place look worst. N never does his job as its supposed to. I jst hate it. Even the kids r soo disrespectful. Theres never parkin for ppl whoPAY their rent. But plenty of visitors. I bet kingsberry apt r way better that this shitty ass place.
I agree with the last comment the manager here does not think he has any legal responsibility to treat each tenant the same//also this aprtment complex does have a lot of drug activity running through it and it is my opinion that as long as you are freinds with the actuall owner you are safe here//not to mention do not let the fresh paint fool you underneath the mold lerks!
I lived there everyone I met there did drugs, I couldnt believe it. drug central. It is not a safe/good place if you have kids. My opinion. and yes some ppl do get special treatment there. dont keep up with any maintenance.
THE APARTMENT MANAGER FOR THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT THINK THAT A RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LEGALITYS MATTER. YOU CAN HAVE GUESTS AS LONG AS YOU WANT AND DO ALL THE DRUGS YOU WANT TO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY SPERM DONORS DAD AND HIS GIRLFRIEND LIVE THERE, AND THE MANAGER LETS HIM AND HIS 7 YEAR OLD SON LIVE THERE RENT FREE!
Ive lived hear for over a year now and Ive never had any praoblems here its close to almost everything you need and the neighbors are real nice
