RecommendedMy husband and I have been living here since Feb of last year and I honestly love it. We really lucked out with this. The price is pretty fair. This was our first time as tenants and our first official space as newlyweds. Management is AMAZING. Our manager, Annette is the best. Apartment rented for my son and his roommate ... Property manager was amazing; professional and went out of her way to ensure the apartment was in perfect condition prior to move-in! Apartment was clean, great lay-out (perfect if you have a roommate), spacious, fair in price and in a great location (centrally located in NWA with easy access to the interstate). Would absolutely rent here again!
Since we have moved in things are fixed ASAP and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
