As a business owner I was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and professionalism that this company exhibited. I was actually embarrassed for them! It must be a prerequisite for hire that you are mean, unprofessional, rude and dumb. From the owners down! No one there is pleasant, speaks decent or in way acknowledge that you are a customer. This is a great company, use them a year ago and they give me very good service, i was involced in an accident over the weekend, call them and again, I have to say these guys are amazing, thank you LA One Towing team, I sure will recomend your company to every one I know and in need of a towing service.
I call this company when my car brokedown in the middle of the road in Downtown LA, I was not sure exactly of the street, but with a little help from the dispatch they where able to find me thank god!!! They arrive in less than 10 minutes from my call, they make sure I was ok and continue to tow my vehicle, very nice people and very profetional, the price was very good considering that they have to look for me and arrive in less than 15 munutes. I have had the pleasure of having this company tow my vehicle a few times now. I would give 5 stars services in all aspects along with the kindest and most helpful of staff, I can recommend this company to absolutely anyone.
