Reviewing as an 8 year tenant of 28 North: Berry Realty & Associates and its employees are kind, knowledgeable, and fair. I hardly had any issues during my long tenure and the small ones that I had (like a water heater going out in summer) were addressed immediately. They inspected regularly to ensure consistent livability (one time they caught a slight faucet leak, I hadn't even noticed!). This is the longest I have rented from someone and it was for good reason! HIGH recommend, 10/10, 10,000 stars. They're fantastic.
