You check-in in glass hallway next to the docks. Next to dock one I think. You have to back in off the street. The guys I talked to were nice although the white guy didn't seem to speak English very well. I think he was also the same one that loaded me. They want you to have one strap or load lock will do I guess. Once you back into a dock and chock your tires, go back in for papers when you get a green light. My load was only fifteen thousand which is heavy for Barry plastics. They did not have facilities that I could see. ... read more
I have no idea how a company that works with trucks can be so clueless about loading them properly. They have no understanding of weight distribution and keep shifting all the weight to the back. The staff is completely incompetent and just wastes time. Absolutely unprofessional experience
