I was glad to get out of this place!! All summer long there was mold on the walls by the AC. I was told to run a dehumidifier to keep the moister down but that did no good. My daughter & I would get sick during the summer presumably from the mold. The whole apartment stunk from moisture & there was nothing I could do about it. No matter how much I cleaned it always smelled bad. On 3 separate occasions my roof leaked on me while I was sleeping. The AC wouldn't even keep the apartment cold during the summer. Don’t rent from this apartment complex smells like mildew not worth the 1200 there trying to charge ac vents is full of mold black mold the subfloor is rotted it sinks in some places the maintenance man is so rude both of the laundry water valves are so old They don’t close all the way and they leaked and now there charging me for the wall even though it wasn’t my fault I wasn’t there for a couple days shitty old apartment beware very bad mold problem

This was my first apartment i've ever rented, and i cannot be more thrilled to leave when my lease ends. This place has got to be the most unprofessional and undesirable apartment complex to live in. We had mold growing all on our walls in the bedroom and an extensive amount in the vent. When i brought this up to the maintenance guy, he actually said "Its not mold it's just mildew" Which is a wild thing to say because I dont think i want to breathe that in either.
