Do not live here! They know they have an issue with black mold (we have photos and videos) and don't do anything about it on top of that we moved out at the end of our lease and left our keys in the box next to the office, several months later we get an email saying we owe $2900 which is bs because everything was paid when we moved out and everything was cleaner than when we moved in!
Chris Loux, tricked me out of the administration fee knowing the apartments were crap. Rotten wood, carpet smelled wet and moldy. Definitely false advertised. He got $225 of my money and I didn’t move in because it was not up to par
The paperwork experience was simple. The move in was easy simpler. David and Chris are really nice guys. Wiling to help at anything needed. I highly recommend this place if needed/wanting something quiet, easy to maintain and affordable.
Chris and David were extremely helpful during the move in process.
