I really appreciate Chris and Davis. They are always quick to respond and listen to my concerns. I’ve been here for a year. It’s been a rough time as I’m starting all over at the age of 71. They have made my relocation here as stress free as possible and I really appreciate them and probably don’t thank them enough for their support. Thank you Chris and Davis for all you do.

He helped me understand the different websites they offer to make the application less stressful and more user friendly, these apps included PetScreen.com and obligo ! Both very helpful features for your renting experience!
Me and my husband just moved out today. We loved living here. We did not have any trouble. Mr.Chris and the Maintance guy were amazing through the moving in process and moving out process. The rent here was a good fair price for the square footage of the apartment. Everything was posted to the portal, which made it very easy to log in and pay rent and everything else. I was glad to get out of this place!! All summer long there was mold on the walls by the AC. I was told to run a dehumidifier to keep the moister down but that did no good. My daughter & I would get sick during the summer presumably from the mold. The whole apartment stunk from moisture & there was nothing I could do about it. No matter how much I cleaned it always smelled bad. On 3 separate occasions my roof leaked on me while I was sleeping. The AC wouldn't even keep the apartment cold during the summer.
