Chris is an amazing property manager. And the maintenance man. They were both very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this property!
I recently moved into Berry Pines Apartments & I couldn’t be happier! Chris in the office was amazing! He was so kind, considerate, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, & friendly! He went above & beyond to make my move a really great experience! The apartment was so clean, & cute, just as it was advertised & it was ready to move in! I would highly recommend Berry Pines to anyone who wants a beautiful & affordable place to call home!

While the application process was easy and rent was affordable for a one-bedroom apartment, I experienced nothing but trouble during the months I lived here. I experienced a near-constant mold/mildew issue, which maintenance & office staff brushed aside, citing rain, humidity, living near the trees, or just living in Florida as the source of the problem.
