RecommendedI had asked for assistance from DAV, and 2 U.S. Senators. No one could get the VA to listen to me. In less than 2 years the Berry Law Firm achieved what no one else could do. I was declared 100% disabled and received 8 years of retroactive pay. Especially helpful was Emily Weiss. She listened to my explanation of events and made things happen. from my experience I see that my attorney is not good at communicating at all with me. I feel that she is not defending my case 100% and is only relying on the appeal forms with with only reasons why she think my case was wrongfully decided without ever submitting any other evidence to help out my claim or reached out to me to see if I needed to gather that evidence for her.
