I don't know what more I can say that hasn't been said about the Berry Law Firm and Jerusha in particular! My mother encouraged me to find a lawyer not long after I filed with the VA and I did mainly because of what my dad's been through for almost 5 years and is still not over. The VA must not realize or care what this process does to a veteran. I asked the Berry Law Firm to help my father appeal his VA claim and with their help and advice he was able to document and prove his case and just recently received his award. I am so grateful to the persons there, especially Lorraine Chastil, who was always patient and pleasant and today my father feels validated and happy. I think they did a great job and were always accessible. I feel that I would highly recommend them.
Chad Wythers was the best lawyer anyone could ask for, had several pending cases got me a great plea deal and ended up getting probation when looking at prison time. Jerusha Hancock is simply the best. I contacted Berry Law firm in 2012. I was assigned an legal assistant and they completed my initial paperwork. I received a 50% VA compensation which I felt as did Berry Law Firm that VA low balled me. We appealed this decision. Berry Law firm did some reorganization as they had some people leave/or retire and my case was assigned to Jerusha.
