Wish your company would of been willing to help me . The person who called me back was not even listening to what I had to say . There is nothing we can do to help you with your service related disability. I ask what could do myself . She said file an appeal. SAD. Hope your 4th is full of hope and happyness.
I can legit give you the run down of every low down dirty tactic the VA has used in order to have my husband give up on every getting the rating he deserves. Berry law Firm was the only firm that agreed to take on my case. I felt that the others considered my case was too much work or didn't have the expertise necessary. Berry law Firm not only took it on but won me 80% scheduled SC in just 4 months from claim date. 2 months later 100% permanent and total individual unemployability. This firm is professional, capable, willing to please attitude and proactive. Communication between us is excellent. Don't feel like you're up against the wall,give em a call.

I left a comment, which was true and ended up getting blocked from the post. Nobody replied to what the issue was nor reached out to inquire why I made that comment.This is a very immature and unprofessional act by this company.
