I visited this nail shop on a Thursday to get my toes polished with gel a color as a walk in. My toes weren’t painted evenly and didn’t have enough coats but I was in a rush so I didn’t have time for her to fix them. On Saturday my polish chipped on my big toe. Sundays they are closed. I never leave reviews and wish I had looked at the reviews before or I would have never gone! Took over two hours for a manicure and dip. I have polish all over my fingers and toes. I have powder all over my clothes. I’m so disappointed and now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. She was super rough, I kept telling her she was hurting me and she would acknowledge then do it again. Would not recommend!
The worst experience in my life, the worst service, poor attention, zero hygiene, the super high prices for the material of such poor quality, and zero work experience, I asked for a design and they made to their liking and not mine, terrible place.
The absolute WORST nail experience I've ever had (in over 25 years). In the photos: my "matching" pedi and dip mani, my finger nails with dip I'm still picking off my skin over 24hrs later, my fingernails that look like big toenails due to the inconsistent layers of dip and unprofessional application by the tech who I believe is possibly the owner (referred to herself as "apple"). I had a wonderful time here because of my manicurist, she was gentle, professional, and did a beautiful job on my nails. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I think her name was Ral Le? I can't wait to come again!
