The technician was professional and very helpful. The technician completed the job in a timely manner and also assisted with programming the thermostats. I would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.
They were professional, but they did not clean up after themselves I had to clean up the wires that were left (from an electrical job) and the electrician put a hole in bathroom wall. The hole that they tried to patch up wasn't very good, my husband had to come behind them to complete the work. Also they were supposed to come back to repaint where they put the hole in the wall. And they did not. I don't think I will be calling them for any more work on our home, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
Way to Go, Great Job With record breaking heat indexes (105-115) 06/29/12-07/01/12, our A/C condenser fan motor died, and with one call to Berry Good Heating & Air, the dispatcher had the technician, Justin Berry return our call for help. Within 2 hours he diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part and installed it, all with Knowledge, Professionalism, and a Smile.We will be recommending this company to all others.
Pretty good guys! Professional guys! Quick guys! Accurate , to the point and they even show you the exact problem you are having with your A.C/ Heater... (and I am a computer Technician and they practice the good stuff you & I expect from a professional and I should know...) Very happy with the service!!!
Extremely pleased with my air conditioner service which was performed by Justin of Berry Good Heating and Air. I recently purchased a foreclosed home which had been sitting for some time. Although it passed inspection, I noticed that the air was a problem for both my systems. Justin was fantastic about walking me through all my issues and very patient with every question and options that I present. I would definately recommend them in the future.
Excellent Service by Justin. He fixed the AC and stolen pipes the same day on two properties with a very competitive price. And he also helped me with the gas meter inspection and took care of the county inspection - unbeliebable service and perfect job - thanks again Justin
