The reason for the 3 stars is only because of Jaliene Paz great service she provided me a month ago. I came back expecting to be seen by Ms. Paz. After sitting in this place for 8 mins past my appointment time i learned that someone else that I did not request would perform the waxing service. I was not pleased and had to reschedule. This all could have been avoided simply by your receptionist advising me when I 1st walked in, that Paz was not in today and ask me would I be okay being seen by Another worker.
