While living here, an employee of DCC Management knocked on my door at 8:30pm, slurring his words and clearly intoxicated, to talk conspiracy theories. He left, but came back minutes later to acknowledge that he knew I had a boyfriend and attempted to ask me out anyways. He was essentially my landlord/maintenance and had moved into the unit next to mine.
