This childrens' dental provider is one o the most bizzare we've ever encountered. They may do decent work, but their billing practices are surreal, not to talk of a "practice administrator" who was pointedly rude, abusive, ghettoish in her interactions with us, and didn't seem to understand the meaning of customer service. We had no recourse but to write and hand-deliver a letter written to Dr. Berry the practice principal herself, but never got a response or acknowledgment. Dr. Berry's Dental office is everything you are looking for in a Children's Dentist. The office staff is professional and well informed. They are always willing to explain your bill, do everything possible to ensure your child is comfortable and not afraid, adequately explain the procedures performed, why the procedure is necessary, etc. and all of this in layman terms....lol. My kids love going there. My niece takes her children( 3yrs old) and feels the same way.
