I come here a lot due to its proximity to my classes. The employees are usually receptive and nice. Sometimes they give you a bit of a flouride stare when you say something they don't expect. Unfortunately I recently had a terrible experience with an elder employee with white hair. I asked her for a an extra cup and was received with an annoyed look and a rude tone.
