Everytime I have been to berry bear the frozen yogurt has been great. The last time my family and I came in the staff greeted us right away and we're courteous and helpful the entire time. Plus the yogurt choices change which is awesome. Never the same yogurt in a month. Good choices. Lemon velvet Gelato is a awesome flavor. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
This place is awesome! They have the most professional and courteous employees. They have a variety of flavors to choose from; some being comfort stlye flavors and some that are flavors tha you will not find in oyher places. I'm lactose intolerant and can't handle ice cream so this is the perfect place for me when I am want a treat.

Great frozen yogurt specially with all the toppings but bring your wallet cause it's expensive

Well let me start by saying I am so sorry. We pride ourselves on customer service. Please forgive us and allow us to make right. We only have one employee working at a time during the week. We did have someone shopping and bringing supplies but hopefully she was not there for long. There is a lot of prep that goes into Berry Bear cutting strawberries, chopping candy.
