The service received from the sales agent was great (Marty Galindo).He attended all my questions and requests with patience and did the best to provide all the information I needed.
I would not recommend , sales team is good until you buy once you buy they are done . Bad contractors & sub contractors . Flooring , sod issues , stucco issues . Stay far far away worse decision I’ve ever made . Several superintendent changes no one ever knows what’s going on. God forbid you have issues or repairs are needed after inspection they will delay , lie & play games . Poor craftsmanship, worse experience ever I should’ve listened to the reviews , Facebook groups and better business bureau complaints.
