Studio on Locust is kinda decent, but there's NO PRIVACY. There's always an inspection, an unwanted contractor, the building manager (Dorilian) wanting to give you papers in hands instead of leaving in your door so he can take a peak at your apartment. Stay away if you consider your house a sanctuary. You'll have more unwanted people wandering around than actual guests.
It's been 10 days past the time I should have received my deposit back. I left my apartment spotless when I left. This place will take your money and leave you to the trenches, they never took care of the roaches or the neighbors smoking drugs and yelling at odd hrs of the night. Save yourself the time and never rent here
Ivan is a great mánager. He cares about his tenants in the Regent. Keeps the building looking nice . Very nice and respectful . Thank you Ivan . 1227 E ocean Blvd
