It's been 10 days past the time I should have received my deposit back. I left my apartment spotless when I left. This place will take your money and leave you to the trenches, they never took care of the roaches or the neighbors smoking drugs and yelling at odd hrs of the night. Save yourself the time and never rent here

Honestly probably one of the best realty company’s out there. I had the best experience at the regent apartments. I had two landlord the time I was living there and both of them were so helpful and actually cared about their tenants. Never any real issues living there other than plumbing but unit never had a problem! Would definitley recommend this company to all of my friends and fam. Thank you!!
