Had an awful experience with Berris. Made an appointment with one Dr. and got there to see another. Also, ordered Ray Ban glasses and when I picked them up they were the wrong ones. I showed them a picture of me wearing the correct glasses, and they didn’t do anything to correct their error. Since you prepay for the glasses there was nothing I could do but keep the wrong glasses. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to Berris optical in Solon.

We have no record until this time of your dissatisfaction with your 2013 purchase. 5 Years ago you came in with an outside RX by a doctor who is not associated and has never been associated with Berris Optical.
Brought my 6 year old son in today for an exam, everyone was sooo amazing!!!! The doctor was so sweet and patient with him! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend this amazing practice!
