I’ve absolutely loved living here! The views are incredible, the gym is well-equipped, and the Amazon Hub makes package pickup super convenient. The leasing office staff are always friendly, professional and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives real peace of mind. Overall, this has been such a positive living experience — thank you Berrington for all that you do!
I want to take a moment to recognize Chris, our maintenance man. He is always so generous with his time and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. Anytime I’ve had a work order, Chris handles it quickly and with care, and he always checks in to be sure everything is working properly afterward. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and considerate, and it makes living here an even better experience. Truly appreciate all the effort he puts in!
Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. I moved in August 18th and everything seemed fine. At the time of move in I was told my prorated rent amount and that I was waiting on a washer and dryer and it wouldn’t be delivered until the 5th of September. I’ve lived in Berrington Village since 2021, and I love it here! This is a BEAUTIFUL property. There are mountain views in all directions, and some areas display sunsets over Asheville that rival views from the Blue Ridge Parkway! (website pics don’t do it justice!) Even the walk-in pool is surrounded by mountains. The brick buildings look classy and the landscaping is well-maintained. Some units have sunrooms, and some walk-in closets are quite large. It’s been 5 years since I gave rave reviews to Berrington Village. I’m happy to report that our experience is still top notch- from Nathan leading his exceptional management team by example to our outstanding maintenance crew that solves issues quickly and with kindness. When Hurricane Helene hit, the Berrington Village team went above and beyond by offering free water/food/supplies for months as well as checking in with the residence to make sure everyone feels safe and cared for. We feel very lucky to live here.
