I have had a great experience living in Barrington Village! The staff is outstanding, friendly and responsive. Property is well maintained! Country living close to the city!
Nate and his team are absolutely incredible! The groundskeeper guys are the best (I don’t know everyone’s name I’m sorry!!) but y'all are the sweetest and always so helpful. Been here for almost 2 years (longest I’ve stayed put anywhere lol) and it’s because of this team!!! :)
I’ve absolutely loved living here! The views are incredible, the gym is well-equipped, and the Amazon Hub makes package pickup super convenient. The leasing office staff are always friendly, professional and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives real peace of mind. Overall, this has been such a positive living experience — thank you Berrington for all that you do!
I want to take a moment to recognize Chris, our maintenance man. He is always so generous with his time and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. Anytime I’ve had a work order, Chris handles it quickly and with care, and he always checks in to be sure everything is working properly afterward. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and considerate, and it makes living here an even better experience. Truly appreciate all the effort he puts in!
Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. I moved in August 18th and everything seemed fine. At the time of move in I was told my prorated rent amount and that I was waiting on a washer and dryer and it wouldn’t be delivered until the 5th of September.
