I lived at Berrington Village for several years, so I feel like I got a good sense of what it was like to live there long-term. The biggest downside during my time there was the property management. The previous property manager, Nathan, didn't seem very engaged with the community. The grounds often needed more attention, especially when it came to dog waste and cigarette butts.
