I would give zero if I could. A great tenet throughout the treats being harassed by these people during move out. Trying to make me pay for a place I already moved out of. They will also infringe on your privacy annually by taking pictures and going through your place. Very nasty people. Want the house repainted and holes filled and painted. House professionally cleaned and carpet cleaned with receipts. Still looking for ways to retain deposit. Go somewhere else
As a tenant for one of Berrington's homes I've found Eric Altman and his staff at Berrington Properties to be unprofessional and have a habit of blaming the tenant for all the problems of the house. I would never rent or give my business to this company or Eric ever again. Attached is a response email from his staff of a claim we had for Berrington's hired plumber causing water issues in the house making fun of our claim!
