The nails were okay, they did not shape like I asked but I did not make a peep about it. I go to check out and my total seemed unusually high. I asked for a receipt and walked out because they were super busy and it was so crowded. I reviewed my receipt and was shocked to see the deluxe pedicure I got was priced at $37 on their menu they give you upon sitting down but my receipt showed $52. I visited this nail salon for the first time today, and I truly regret giving them a chance. I had seen the numerous one-star reviews beforehand and should have taken them seriously, but I wanted to keep an open mind. Unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing—if not worse. I’ve been going here for 7 years, and no matter what design I pick, they get it right! They also give the best foot massages and beverages!
Very relaxing. I love to get the gel pedicure.
