Bad, Bad, Buttercup Despite the bad review that I saw here, I decided to try this florist. Mistake. My mother's birthday flowers failed utterly. She called and someone said they don't make up the arrangement until they know someone is at home to accept the delivery. She said she should be home by 2:30pm and she would call then. When she returned at 3:07, there was a note that they had attempted delivery at 3. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – I highly recommend NOT using this florist for ANYTHING. They are very customer unfriendly and very very rude. There is no communication between staff and my flower order got cancelled and the sender lost money. It was an absolutely TERRIBLE transaction and I was treated very poorly. I recommend staying away from this vender.
delivery problems; and a rude, contentious owner We avoid this florist at all costs -- including asking those who use FTD or Teleflora to specifically request ta different florist. Our main reason is that we had several delivery problems with past orders, which were followed up by an owner with attitude. There are many other florists around who provide good service and are pleasant to work with.
