delivery problems; and a rude, contentious owner We avoid this florist at all costs -- including asking those who use FTD or Teleflora to specifically request ta different florist. Our main reason is that we had several delivery problems with past orders, which were followed up by an owner with attitude. There are many other florists around who provide good service and are pleasant to work with.

NEW OWNERSHIP The Buttercup Floral and Gift Shop is under new ownership as of September 13, 2013. We are in the process of bringing a totally different and updated look to our floral and gift shop. Bad, Bad, Buttercup Despite the bad review that I saw here, I decided to try this florist. Mistake. My mother's birthday flowers failed utterly. She called and someone said they don't make up the arrangement until they know someone is at home to accept the delivery. She said she should be home by 2:30pm and she would call then. When she returned at 3:07, there was a note that they had attempted delivery at 3. When she called the shop, they were angry and said that she had to pick the arrangement up or be charged for another ... read more
