delivery problems; and a rude, contentious owner We avoid this florist at all costs -- including asking those who use FTD or Teleflora to specifically request ta different florist. Our main reason is that we had several delivery problems with past orders, which were followed up by an owner with attitude. There are many other florists around who provide good service and are pleasant to work with.

Bad, Bad, Buttercup Despite the bad review that I saw here, I decided to try this florist. Mistake. My mother's birthday flowers failed utterly. She called and someone said they don't make up the arrangement until they know someone is at home to accept the delivery. She said she should be home by 2:30pm and she would call then. When she returned at 3:07, there was a note that they had attempted delivery at 3. GREAT service and BEST FLOWERS EVER!! Don't bother going anywhere else. The arrangement I got for my girlfriend was absolutely stunning and blew me and her away!! Excellent and friendly service and couldn't have been happier! The arrangement lasted for over 3 weeks with regular water changes, etc. I couldn't believe how lasting and beautiful these were. Without a question, I'll be going back again and again for ALL my floral needs!!

The Buttercup is now under NEW Ownership as of September 2013. Totally remodeled shop and excellent customer service! Designers are new and well educated in their field. Stop by for a visit! We have changed our name to Berries and Birch Flowers, Gifts & Home Decor as of December 1st 2014. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9AM to 5PM. ALL NEGATIVE reviews was with the prior owner.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Buttercup for many years both personally and professionally. Their arrangements are always both beautiful and unique. I never have to specify what I want as my needs are always met and expectations are always exceeded!

My daughter went to Homecoming this weekend and her date ordered the corsage and boutonniere from Buttercup. They coordinated the flowers to my daughter's dress perfectly! The wrist corsage actually was attached with a nice bracelet that was comfortable to wear and can be kept as a keepsake. The flowers stayed beautiful all night and even the next day were not wilted. I would definitely recommend the Buttercup for any future flower arrangement or need that you would have.

Complete failure on flowers – I avoid this florist as they are decidedly not customer friendly. Their flower arrangements are often not fresh, and they become defensive, aggressive, and abusive when asked about it, even in a kind manner. In one case, they took over 50 dollars from me and no flowers were delivered.
