I swear, they never, ever ever answer the phone. They hardly even return voicemails. This is my child's food that they are playing with. So sick of it.

I have waited 3 years for these people to correct my date of birth. Front desk is illiterate and can't read an ID, birth certificate, or the several pieces of paper where I wrote my date of birth and then get rude with you about their mistake. Like sorry, my paper work is correct. Maybe yall need to go back to school to learn the basic ABCs and 123s

I called and made my appointment, everything was fine said they would send me an email so that I could send them proof of pregnancy, license, and social security card. Never got the email, called them multiple times to let them know I never got it, was sent to voicemail every time. And never got a call back. They are very unreliable, and don’t care about their patients.
