Matthew was perfectly on time, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Terrible experience with these guys. I scheduled and appointment and was told an inspector would be there around 12, took the afternoon off. The inspector showed up 30 minutes early and told me he couldn’t wait for me to get home. I spoke with the inspector over the phone and he told me I hadn’t spoken to him and that appointments are anytime during the day. I told him that was fine that I could be there within 30 minutes. Very good and knowledgeable pest control company that knows what they’re doing with all the things that you need to get done for pest and any kind of animal or insect problem that you have
Terrible experience with these guys. They never finished the job they were contracted to do and stopped responding to emails, calls, and texts. As they continued to ignore our many attempt to communicate, they sent us to collections. We refuse to pay for a job that was not even never being complete and now this battle with collections is effecting our credit scores.
