Technician never arrived. I called to get update and technician stated he was told by leadership of an unknown meeting that would cause him not to be at our scheduled appointment at 8. Customer service representative stated there is always a two hour window(8-10am) but technician still wouldn’t be onsite at 10am. Never pay $40 reservation fee due to this company’s lack of commitment of showing up on time and doing the work in the agreed time slot.
