One of my studio’s has had a mega flea infestation. With multiple trips from Berrett pest control coming out. Unhappy about the flea issue continuing in there, I called them to reschedule yet again a treatment to get them to come out sooner, she had a Tuesday available yet put me on hold and said they could order something stronger for my issues here but would have to wait until Thursday for it to come in. We did rate him with 5 stars because he did a great job. HE DID NOT GET HIS BONUS so shame on Berret for lying to get a 5 star rating!

Charley has helped us out big time! We’ve had multiple leaks in our water lines throughout our attic. Charley has been able to get out to us fast same day each time we were having problems. Once he arrived he was able to assess the issue find the leak and fix it fast! Thanks Charley!
