This used to be my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but not after today's lunch. Is there a new chef? New management? So many things were wrong, all we could do was laugh about it, but we won't be back.
it was my first time, had great experience. The food and stuff was awesome. Diffently go back and try something else on their menu
Coming from someone who has spent the last 21years on the eastern shore of Maryland, the crab cakes hit the spot!
Exceptional service and the food was superb. The manager and waitstaff went out of their way last night to make my cousin's birthday awesome even when our party made the mistake of not realizing the restaurant and grill have separate menus and we made reservations for the seafood restaurant but wanted to eat at the grill. They accommodated our large party anyway and went above and beyond to seat us quickly outside at the grill instead. We enjoyed ourselves and the live music. Thanks to them again!
Delicious! Had the appetizer sampler to start, calamari w/soy ginger sauce is excellent. Blackened Mahi Mahi entree was incredible. Didn't need dessert because it was Sunday brunch with complimentary sticky buns (which are scrumptious).
We happened upon this little stop on our trip to Virginia beach and liked it so much that we came back for dinner and again on our way back to Richmond. As self proclaimed "foodies", We are always looking for authentic local foods, but are often disappointed to find out that it's frozen from a bag or sourced externally. Not this place! When we asked our server which items on the menu were local, her response was "it's almost exclusively local" and proceeded to tell us the exact locations that some of the seafood was caught. ... read more
Great staff and atmosphere, phenomenal crab cakes and the she-crab bisque is awesome. Any time I am in the area, I stop by and make it a point to grab at least one meal here.
Absolutley the best place to eat in Williamsburg. Found your place on the internet during our families recent vacation on the internet. The Manhattan Clam Chowder was OUTSTANDING! In fact the whole meal was! We enjoyed your restaurant so much, we detoured on our last day to be able to have lunch there again. Keep up the great work!
