We stopped for dinner last night and loved it so much that we went back for lunch today. I had the mixed grill special. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the Mahi was the best I've had in a long time. The kids also enjoyed their meals; chicken tenders with a side of squash and tomatoes for one and the other one tried the grilled cheese and bacon. The fruit was fresh and local. You have to try the Tommy Legget's oysters. A very friendly staff is very attentive. Beers is not bad either!
Had an amazing dinner tonight! My friend and I were visiting from out of town and were looking for a very unique, relaxed local restaurant. We hit the absolute jackpot � Everyone was incredibly friendly, the menu was extensive and the food was fresh and delicious. Our lamb chops were superb. Seafood was cooked properly and was delicious. Our server was good. One of the glasses of wine was not as expected, and a different glass was brought quickly which we appreciate. I had noted an anniversary celebration which was not recognized. We would dine here again because the food was well worth a return visit.
The Blue Plate Special was great and oysters on half shell were very good. Worth the drive from Chesapeake.
Fish and Chips was ok and way to HOT to eat when it came to the table. people very nice and helpful.
