Excellent! All staff were friendly and professional. She made my mom feel at ease. She even adjusted the temperature in the office to make her comfortable. She explained everything she did and had a simple plan of action. I would highly recommend her for your podiatry needs.

She is simply the best
I just looked up Dr. Berran to recommend her for a friend -- haven't seen her in years since I've moved to Manhattan, and regularly see a pain specialist. Dr. Berran moved heaven and earth to help me with chronic ankle pain. She's an expert surgeon, a master with the needle (i.e. she could always hit the exact spot when giving me a cortisone injection), and a compassionate healer. I would totally recommend her for anything having to do with the ankle/foot. Amazing,
Dr. Berran is the best! With her help I went from walking in constant pain to no pain. Her explanation of what was wrong was clear and her solutions 100% helpful. I wish I could go see Dr. Berran for all of my medical needs.
