Heather I have been doing business with these guys for 6 years! They are the only place I will let work on my car. I even take my parents cars here to have work & tires out on. They are honest, reasonable & reliable!
Great service and prices! I have used Mock Tire/Beroth many times and my family continues to go back! They are very quick with their service! The prices are great also, I have compared prices many times and their price is always the best! They have a nice size waiting room and coffee for while you are waiting! Bad experience! You always wonder when you are getting car work done if, 1.You are getting a fair price 2.If the repair shop is really being honest about what they are doing to your vehilcle. I got a quote on some work from Beroth & about 4 other shops in Kernersvlle on some work I needed to get done. They were all within the same price range. Don't Trust Beroth I will never ever take my car back to them. My heater wasn't working too well in my Aerostar van so I took it to them to have a complete coolant system flush. Had it done and heater still now working. Then they told me it needed a new heater core. They said they replaced the heater core but still no heat. Then they told me it needed a new thermostat. Great service leads the way Beroth tire has been in business a long time and they understand that service brings customers back. They have good prices and will usually match the competitions price. We will continue to use them when we need new tires.

Took my car to Beroth because it was making a popping noise when I decelerate. They told me it needed a sway bar, so they repaired it. Immediately after paying $250, I drove off their premises and the same noise continued. They told me the noise was in the transmission and they couldn't fix it. No refund for what they did. Later I found out, after taking the car to a transmission shop, that it was 2 lugs on the back tire that was loose causing the noise.
