Edited Review: When I started leasing here things were great. I am editing my review to reflect the decline in customer service. I have always been a great tenant, pay on time, courteous to staff members, and take extremely good care of the space. Unfortunately, if I have a request (per the lease agreement) that involves an expense on their part, I get the run around and am now being ignored. Terrible, specially building engineer. Stay away!! (Woodbridge Property)
After two years of dealing with water damage, humidity, and mold the problem still has not been fixed. Terrible business they even have their employees write reviews completely immoral and un-ethical. Nakisha Long is the Property Manager at my complex Park Crest At Glover Park Edit.Sept 2022 Still wouldn't recommend them. Last edit Instead of fixing the issues in my apartment they paid me to move.
