Bernstein is a great! I have had my business in Bernstein Property for 4 years now and they are always on top of things. They are very professional, responsive, and prompt! In particular, Angela is the most professional and kind person. She always goes above and beyond to be helpful to clients! I highly recommend leasing property from them if you are looking for space!
Paid on time for 3 years. Currently waiting for my security deposit for the last 5 weeks. Now if I was late I would have to pay late fees & interest. This is not fair to me to have to wait for my deposit. They act like they’re rushing the issue but not doing anything to speed up the process.
I am new to Bernstein Management Group. From the very beginning, Angela has been so wonderful and has answered my questions quickly. I am looking forward to having a long-term relationship with you and your team.
Edited Review: When I started leasing here things were great. I am editing my review to reflect the decline in customer service. I have always been a great tenant, pay on time, courteous to staff members, and take extremely good care of the space. Unfortunately, if I have a request (per the lease agreement) that involves an expense on their part, I get the run around and am now being ignored. They aren't honoring the lease agreement and now I'm stuck with broken furnishings, unless I pay out of pocket. The item was faulty an... read more
