No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Dr. Bernstein has great staff that work for him but unfortunately he's the worst doctor with children. Surprisingly Dr. Santos and other Doctors who work there are great but unfortunately if they are not available to see your child then you are stuck with Dr. Bernstein. He does not respond to patients questions, does not make recommendations, this is my first child, I don't know who else to ask if the doctor is rude to me and refuses to answer me. Anyway, be warned, he is a terrible pediatrician and he needs to change career... read more
