Charge an extreme amount of money for all they get. Then the abuse the clients self esteem that's been there for years n has done great. Then because of an illness beyond the clients control they say they have to loose 4 pounds in less then 2 and a half days or the client is kicked out of the programs. Shame on a system that makes their loyal clients cry and become depressed again due to the ignorant policy. Staff are wonderful, cheerful and always have nice encouraging things to say. Even if I have a bad week I know they will be there to support me and get me back on track.
