Bern’s Flowers & Gifts outdid themselves again! I ordered flowers for my mother’s 84th birthday today, they were delivered this morning during a snowstorm. The stunning display filled my Mom with joy and happiness. I live in the United States and will only use Bern’s for my floral needs.
