Awesome, Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff. Great machines, and great service team to keep your machines working properly for a very long time. Classes offered for the novice to the expert. Learned something new each time I attend.
BSC is almost my second home. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help with any questions or problems. The service department is wonderful, and able to service, diagnose, and repair imachines in a reasonable amount of time. A number of educational classes are offered to help learn and reinforce the use of sewing machines, sergers, and software in fun and creative ways.
The BSC is known for quality sewing machines and excellent service. Their goal is to educate the customer about their purchase and develop an enjoyable and fun relationship with their machine. Expert technical staff is available when service is needed. Bernina International has recognized BSC for their superior service qualities. I am excited and pleased to be a part of this group.
Purchasing a Bernina was my best retirement reward for myself! In addition to providing "top of the line" machines and service, the Bernina Sewing Center of Topeka offers a variety of courses on a range of topics taught by excellent instructors. Based on 40 years of teaching experience, I highly recommend the resources provided by Coleen and her staff.
Wonderful service. This shop makes owning a Bernina a very enjoyable and fun experience. Love the classes as they are fun and well organized. Great place.
