I had bought a Bernina 830 and I didn't feel comfortable with this machine. I had talked to John and was wonderful and very patient with me. I tried several machine and decided on a B535. The transaction was so smooth and I will always be my Bernina store in the future. Thank you

I really wanted to LOVE this store! Their selection of embroidery thread and stabilizers is AMAZING! I have visited this store twice (once was to spend a Gift Card I got for my Birthday!) Both times I was followed and watched by employees and was not offered help. They treated me like I was going to steal something.
