RecommendedBernie's has always done a good job for us and tried to save us money. They somehow resurrected our hot water heater after the great flood of '13 and it is still going into its teens. Nothing but good experiences.

In summary, when Bernie's messes up their work - THEY WILL TRY TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU to fix it. Very frustrating. They replaced a water heater and inexplicably installed the new one unnecessarily far away. When asked to move it as close to the original location as possible, Mike first tried to intentionally mislead me and say it was per the request of someone else.
