I found Bernhardt Restoration through Angi and Atilio had reached out within a couple of hours on a Sunday to learn more about the project and was onsite taking a look within 48 hours. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the work scheduled to accommodate a difficult schedule around movers and other contractors. Read all the good reviews and wanted to work with these guys but They tried to charge me $6200 for the same amount of work that other company charged $1500. They said my attic needs insulation but other company who I finally hired confirmed we are good with insulation. I had the pleasure of working with Bernhardt restoration, they were recommended to me from Angi's list. They assessed the damage to my roof and to my ceiling and were able to fix both now it's hard to even see where the damage was to begin with. They also checked my sump pumps, turns out one wasn't even working so they replaced them too. Very affordable price and kind people to work with. I would recommend!
Atilio, the owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable. He showed up within a hr we called him. Took a Quick Look and was able to identify the issue very quickly. His team did an amazing job with addressing the mold under the kitchen sink. Highly recommend Atilio and Bernhardt Restoration
