Read all the good reviews and wanted to work with these guys but They tried to charge me $6200 for the same amount of work that other company charged $1500. They said my attic needs insulation but other company who I finally hired confirmed we are good with insulation. I had the pleasure of working with Bernhardt restoration, they were recommended to me from Angi's list. They assessed the damage to my roof and to my ceiling and were able to fix both now it's hard to even see where the damage was to begin with. They also checked my sump pumps, turns out one wasn't even working so they replaced them too. Very affordable price and kind people to work with. I would recommend!
Atilio, the owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable. He showed up within a hr we called him. Took a Quick Look and was able to identify the issue very quickly. His team did an amazing job with addressing the mold under the kitchen sink. Highly recommend Atilio and Bernhardt Restoration

Atilio, the owner, is the real deal. He is highly gifted at his craft of analyzing & remedying problems facing an aging home. I called him to fix water damage in my crawl. Fixed that and a host of other issues that my 47y/o home needed. He is as good as it gets.
