I had a routine test done at my in-network primary care provider, and without my knowledge, my lab work was sent to ProPath. I then received a large, unexpected bill. I received a bill on 4/11/25 for something that was done back on 08/2024. I called to find out what was the charge, and where are the results for such bill. A lady from a foreign country with a roaster, next to her work phone answered the call and after attempting 5 times to hear her I had to disconnect the call. What type of lab wait almost a year to sent a statement and why there is no explanation of this charge on such statement. Terrible business practice.

My dermatologist used Bernhardt Laboratories. I had never heard of them. This company uses a 3rd party billing service named Change Healthcare in South Carolina. I never received a bill from anyone. No pone call. Nothing!!! Instead I was sent to collections. This is ridiculous. I only gave 1 star as you have to give one to post the review.

This company has tripled billed me saying that this their final notice. I just checked my bank and I have already paid this bill now 3x. Be careful and check your bill.

My dermatologist sent biopsies to this lab. This lab is out of my HMO network and instead of just doing the testing anyways they automatically found the lab that was in my network and sent the biopsies over to the right lab. Saved me hundreds of dollars.
