We are completely dissatisfied with the experience that our 14 year old daughter has had with her braces Dr. Bernhardt put on. Long story short, after showing up for early morning appointments consistently for 2 years, our daughter going through the adjustments and doing everything she was supposed to do, she still has a big gap in her teeth. Excellent people & excellent care! Not sure how they do it, but Dr Bernhardt, Andrea & the rest of the staff make orthodontia care enjoyable (or at least as enjoyable as possible)! My 9th grade daughter has been so well taken care of-- we appreciate that!
We have now had two visits to Bernhardt and Smith and I have nothing but rave reviews so far! The appointments have been on time ( a Godsend to busy moms everywhere), the staff was friendly and put my kids at ease about the whole process and the everything was spelled out and walked through for us!
