We had our Bison processed here. Very happy with the service. The meat was processed as requested, the tenderizing was spot on keeping the meat very tender. We also appreciate that the meat was not wrapped in cling wrap. Definitely have us a returning customer!

How in the hell can you run a business where you don’t vacuum seal meat that is supposed to last months in the freezer; also, mold in the meat. Why pay so much money for meat I can’t consume? Most of the time you won’t even get your own meat.
Grew up eating the jerky and summer sausage. I've traveled many places, tried other, and nothing tastes like home. The absolute best! Also travels well, just keep it cool.
