I do not write this review to harm but rather to encourage the business to do better. I prefer to support local business. I purchased chicken twice from their retail counter. The breast were very large. Which is not necessarily a good thing. I asked if the chicken was organic. I got a quick no. I expected the manager to brag on the product like saying it is free range, hormone free, no antibiotics, ect. Even Walmart provides this basic information on their packaging. Great jerky. The stuffed pork chops are great and wonderful for birthdays.
