Lack of communication from the so called property manager/owner you call and she hangs up on you to try to avoid you so you go into the office to speak directly to Suzanne and she yells at you to get out and when you don't leave she calms down and expresses that she isn't in the wrong and that we as tenant are in the wrong we are trying to do the right thing I'm not impressed with the unprofessionalism. RENTERS BEWARE - Susan is a not so nice person. They seem very very friendly and trusting at first then once you are in it's like they've got you.. she talks to you like you are smaller then her or like you are scum or disgusting and belittles you in front of your family. Shame on you Susan. Once you pay the bond when you leave it's like they'll do anything they can do to try and keep your bond.
I've gotta say, Bernats Lewis have done such a fantastic job, selling my house @ Edens Landing for more than I was seeking.. could not be happier with the quality of service from Emma, Susanne & Mark with all the professional work they have done, thankyou so much guys, fantastic..
Susan has incredibly poor communication as a property manager. Despite countless times of us reaching out to address an issue, she manages to ignore emails and phone calls. She also swore at my partner on the phone during a conversation about our bond. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this woman.
My advice to anyone wanting to rent through this real estate is DONT. They do not follow rules at all, one of there favourite things to do is take water fees out of rent, then they say you are behind in rent. When you move out of one of there houses, they refuse to give references. We are in the middle of doing a major complaint to consumer affairs about this real estate. We have a lot of evidence against them.
