very beautiful jewelry store Bernard's has been downtown for years and years. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry. Their prices are just as comparable as the big jewelry chain stores, but I think they have much more helpful staff. I always stop to browse in their window. Every year around Christmas they have a sale on their collector caroler dolls. They carry some gift items also.
