Showed the lady a picture of a medium fade, textured fringe on top. I did not receive that haircut I have to now wear a hat to cover up my hair I'm so embarrassed about it. She also asked me if I wanted to cut my hair any shorter and I said "no" which she continued to take some more hair off, and make it shorter. Safe to say I'm never going there again.
Just FYI. They do great work on women's hair too. Suzy just did my hair from a short bob to a sleek layered short style that I love. She was working from an old photo of me and did such an amazing job. Is there any way to give her 10 stars? 🤩
