RecommendedI was in an accident a while back and Terrance told me step by step everything my insurance company would do from stall tactics to the games they play. They basically held my hand and helped me get the best service available.
We rec'd a gift certificate for a FREE windshield. They did not have it in stock, but promptly ordered it. It had a 30 day expiration, but due to conflicts of schedules, we went over the time, but they gladly worked with us. Now, we have a new windshield. Prime customer service for a gift certificate. Highly recommend!
Bernards did an amazing job fixing my car!! Not only did they get my car back to me quickly, they returned it super clean!! GREAT JOB!!

Shadiest shop in Amarillo, hands down. My parents have been nickel and dimed here, only to get their car and property OUT because the Bernard's estimate was more than double the ACTUAL repairs needed, after also being estimated by a more trustworthy competitor. BONUS: Bernard's also stole some of the property from my mom's car before they could get the heck away from these crooks. Amarillo Community: don't trust this lying scum of a business. Please.
Highly recommend Bernard's! My insurance company wanted my car repaired with refurbished low quality parts. Bernard's fought with them for a full month until new parts were approved. I feel much safer driving my small children around knowing my car was repaired with the highest standards. So thankful for this amazing business!
Bernards is a LIFESAVER! All of the guys working up there are super helpful. They were just great!
