Every interaction with the staff and providers at this practice has been exceptionally poor. It appears that due to the lack of competition in town, they feel they can treat their patients with disregard and disrespect. Today, while waiting to see the provider, I witnessed the front desk informing another patient that her provider had moved to a different department, necessitating a reschedule. It was a bit of a wait, because office is very busy, but well worth it, talking to Dr Mendoza was wonderful, he explained everything took his time and never felt rushed
Dr. Mendoza is a friendly person - if you happen to meet him. He and his staff at Pima Heart & Vascular were over an hour late or completely missed the appointments. I prefer a reliable partner and will change to another health provider.
If we can rate a negative star, that is what our score would be for Dr. Mendoza and his staff at Pima Heart & Vascular. We waited for over an hour in the examination room and the staff were not sensitive to this extended delay. They should space their appointments better.
